High efficient special lathe&milling machining center KU695 is intended for processing of the light-gauge cylindrical parts from glass fiber plastic and other composite materials.
This machining center is equipped with SIEMENS or NCT NC system with the possibility to process workpieces in automatic cycle.
By means of two carriages machining center can perform the following operations:
- processing of axial and radial bores in automatic cycles;
- external lathe work both on the parts and on the whole surface of the wokpiece along its full length (while processing without back-rests), including end-face processing;
- milling of ports in the workpieces at any distance from the end-face.
